About The Role

Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Prepare and analyze weekly sales performance and business KPIs, highlighting key trends and deviations
Perform P&L variance analysis at regional/store/category level and prepare actionable insights
Support monthly and quarterly management reporting packs with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring
Work closely with business teams on ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning requests
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to system enhancements
Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal control standards and reporting timelines

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience
Strong interest in Retail or Consumer business FP&A roles
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills to collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preference to rank holders and candidates who have passed in first attempt
