Project Manager II

As a Project Manager II, you will lead and coordinate operational projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and business recovery efforts across warehouse and distribution center operations. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement while driving operational excellence, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams – Operations, Safety, HR, Quality, Learning & Development, Finance, and Supply Chain – to implement strategic programs, support facility assessments, develop corrective action plans, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
