The Electrophysiology team in Italy is currently seeking for a Clinical Support Specialist for Lazio Region.
You will join the Sales Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory, thanks to a best-in-class training program for new joiners that will include technical and commercial skills.
Responsibilities
- support doctors and electrophysiologists in the ablation procedures of complex tachycardias through the use of the 3D CARTO electro anatomical mapping system in the Electrophysiology operating room
- manage relationships with all clinical interlocutors involved in the evaluation and purchase of the Division's products;
- solve, in support of customer needs, on problems that arise in the use of products/systems and develop any alternative solutions
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering
- A brilliant academic track record is preferred
- A past clinical support experience in Electrophysiology segment of at least 1 year
- Italian native, good knowledge of both written and oral English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Domicile or residence in Lazio Region
- Willingness to travel throughout the Italian territory
- Customer focus, results-driven attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Driving license, type B
- be constantly updated on our products/system portfolio and know the competitive environment;
- deliver training programs on our products to clinical staff (physicians, nurses, technicians)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is
€30,200.00 - €48,185.00
