About The Role
We are a U.S.-based logistics and transportation company with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Our office is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
We provide full training and all the tools needed to succeed in this role. It’s a great opportunity to dive into the world of logistics and grow into a long-term member of our international team.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicating with customers daily via phone and email
- Coordinating logistics and handling dispatch processes
- Answering inbound calls from clients and vendors (a top priority)
- Working with databases and internal systems
- Providing friendly, helpful support to all customers
- Performing other duties as assigned by the team or business needs
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office is a plus)
- Strong communication, self-organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
- A team player with a quick learning mindset

- Shift schedule :
- Shift A: Monday–Friday (00:00–07:00 UA time)
- Shift A: Monday–Friday (00:00–07:00 UA time)
- Shift C: Saturday–Tuesday (15:00–00:00 UA time)
- Shift C: Monday–Friday (15:00–00:00 UA time)
