Deputy Manager - Mine Operations (FCC)

Key duties include conducting daily toolbox talks, planning and executing drilling and blasting activities as per company SOPs and regulatory guidelines, guiding shift incharge for safe and productive operations, coordinating with colliery engineers, and ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and record-keeping requirements. Additionally, the role involves managing contractors, fostering a culture of safety, and implementing measures to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
