About You & the Role If you have a strong background in financial reporting and regulatory compliance, and are ready to lead a team in delivering critical reports, this role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact. As the Regulatory Reports Unit Head, you will lead the preparation and submission of key regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the Bank’s financial reporting and supporting overall regulatory compliance. What You Will Be Doing Lead the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports required by BSP, SEC, PDIC, and other regulatory bodies. Ensure all reports accurately reflect the Bank’s financial position and comply with standards. Oversee reports such as FRP, Capital Adequacy Ratio, DOSRI reports, and other regulatory schedules. Support audit requirements by ensuring correctness of schedules and documentation for internal and external reviews. Lead, organize, and guide Accounting Officers and Associates within the unit. What Success Looks Like Regulatory reports are submitted accurately and within required timelines. Minimal to no penalties due to reporting errors or delays. Strong coordination across teams leading to complete and reliable data. Smooth audit processes supported by accurate reports and schedules. A well-managed and efficient reporting unit delivering consistent output. Qualifications & Skills We Value Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related field. CPA license and audit experience are an advantage. At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or auditing. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements (BSP, SEC).
