Budget Officer

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the consolidation, preparation, analysis, and monitoring of the Bank’s financial results and budgets across all organizational levels—segments, groups, divisions, and departments—as well as product-level performance covering loans, deposits, and other key businesses. Provides analytical and coordination support in budgeting, performance management, and profitability reporting to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information used for management decision-making and strategic planning. JOB SPECIFICATIONS /QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA preferred but not required. - At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, financial planning, or management reporting (preferably in a bank or financial institution). - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling. - Knowledge of financial systems (e.g. Funds Transfer Pricing, Budgeting) an advantage. - Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
