Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to support our team in generating leads and reaching potential property owners in New York City. The ideal candidate must have prior experience using NYC-specific real estate platforms (such as PropertyShark, ACRIS, etc.) to research property information, locate owners, and initiate outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, primarily within New York City.
- Use NYC-focused real estate research tools (e.g., PropertyShark, ACRIS, public records) to locate and verify ownership information.
- Qualify prospects, gather relevant property details, and schedule follow-ups for the acquisitions or sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with property owners in both English and Spanish.
- Provide regular updates to the team regarding lead progress and call metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate cold calling (required).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (must-have).
- Strong familiarity with NYC real estate platforms such as PropertyShark, ACRIS, tax records, and similar tools (NYC experience is a MUST ).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional phone presence.
