Key Responsibilities

• Product Research & Formula Analysis:
• Customer Insight Research:

Understand target customers by analyzing reviews, feedback, behavior, and needs. Identify pain points and develop ideas to improve products and messaging.

• Competitive & Brand Research:

Study competitor brands—pricing, packaging, positioning, marketing tactics, and sales channels. Analyze their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities we can leverage.

• Marketing & Trend Research:

Identify what's working across digital platforms, influencer trends, buyer behavior, and branding techniques relevant to our niche.

• Market Expansion:

• Find and research new marketplaces, distributors, retail opportunities, and global expansion options. Understand entry requirements and recommend high-potential targets.

• Someone who knows how & has experience with doing research and learn new stuff himself/with training when needed.
