- API solutions. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a highly organized and proactive
- Executive Assistant to support their CEO and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys creating
- structure, managing priorities, and supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced startup
- environment.
The Role
- As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing schedules,
- coordinating meetings, organizing priorities, and ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic
- business initiatives.
- This position will begin with core executive support responsibilities and may expand over time
- as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule
- ● Coordinate meetings and appointments across multiple stakeholders
- ● Prioritize and organize daily, weekly, and monthly commitments
- ● Schedule personal and professional appointments when required
- ● Monitor calendars and proactively identify scheduling conflicts
- ● Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when needed
- ● Support general administrative and organizational tasks
- ● Maintain clear communication and follow-up on action items
- ● Assist with inbox management and meeting preparation as required
Requirements
● Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative
Assistant
- ● Excellent organizational and time management skills
- ● Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ● High attention to detail and ability to multitask
● Experience using
- ○ Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- ○ Slack
- ● Ability to work independently and proactively
- ● Professional, trustworthy, and highly confidential approach to sensitive information
- ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Working Hours
- ● Full-time (40 hours per week)
- ● Availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
- ● Flexibility to occasionally support outside standard hours when business needs require
- ● Potential for occasional evening or weekend support

Preferred Qualifications
- ● Experience supporting founders, CEOs, or senior executives
- ● Previous experience working remotely
- ● Startup experience is highly desirable
- ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
