💷 What You’ll Earn

• £44,252 basic salary
• OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
• Shift premiums :
• £10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)
• £15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
• Weekend premiums :
• £1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays
• £2,060/year for both
• Compensation paid after 11 hours
• Night out allowance
• Overtime available if you want extra shifts

🚚 The Role

You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best‑known brands

• Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
• Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
• Regular trunking between Culina group sites
• Minimal handball
• Occasional nights out

• Shift pattern: 5 on / 3 off — giving you better work‑life balance.
