Ditsch USA is looking for a Machine Operator to join their Cincinnati team on 2nd shift . In this role, you will help operate production equipment, maintain quality standards, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work and a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a strong next step.
Pay range: $19.40 - $21.44/hour.

About the Role
As a Machine Operator , you will help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall workflow. In this role, you will:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to keep production moving.
- Manage equipment start-up, shutdown, sanitation, and daily operations.
- Inspect product quality (appearance, weight, labeling, etc.)
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support basic maintenance.
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Always follow safety and food manufacturing standards.
- Load and unload materials and maintain proper inventory tracking.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations across shifts.
What You Bring
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with equipment in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (food production preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
- Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
