Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Line Lead to join our Cincinnati team on 3rd shift . In this role, you will help lead production, support your team, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a strong next step. Pay range: $21.44 - $23.48/hour.

About the Role

As a Line Lead, you will help keep the production line running smoothly while supporting your team and maintaining high standards for safety and quality. In this role, you will:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and support team members on the production floor.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient line operations.
• Coordinate shift changes, staffing, and workflow.
• Troubleshoot issues and help resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing standards.
• Complete production documentation and communicate updates to leadership.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

We are looking for a Production Line Lead who is dependable, motivated, and comfortable leading by example on the production floor. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from freezer areas to the production floor.
