IT Support, End User

• -    Setup and Formatting of PC
• -    Troubleshooting of Windows and Ubuntu PC
• -    Remote Assistance 
• -    Manage Incident Ticketing System
• -    Setting up work desk like Monitor and docking system
• -    Contacting vendor for technical support such as HP or Dell
• -    Asset Management (Inventory and Secure Disposal)
• -    Refurbished old PCs and IT equipment for reuse and sustainability.
• -    Managing PC health (patches and updates)
• -    IT Support for Programs and Event
• -    Support of Video Conference system (e.g MTR)
• -    Supporting mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, iPad)
• -    Event Support
• -    Use of AI for daily work (e.g. creating scripts, finding solution for troubleshooting etc)

• Good soft skills.
• Ability to think out of the box and resolve problems.
