Sales Executive - Garment/Textiles

About The Role

  • Identify and approach potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Plan and execute client visits and outreach activities via phone/email to expand business opportunities.
  • Prepare marketing materials and sales kits; develop market penetration plans and propose pricing/discount schemes in coordination with Customer Service.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information to recommend effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and update client database, monitor monthly revenue performance and implement improvement actions.
  • Prepare sales reports, follow up quotations, support debt collection and coordinate with internal teams to handle customer complaints and ensure service consistency.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in related products or services, or in the footwear industry
  • Good at negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking), Chinese is a must if Sales is in charge of Footwear customer
