Solution Architect Role

About The Role

  • Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to design the solution architecture and preparing the corresponding documentation;
  • Developing architectural pre-design documentation;
  • Planning architecture-related activities and deliverables;
  • Designing the end-to-end solution architecture, covering both infrastructure and application software components;
  • Ensuring architectural compliance of the implemented solution with the approved architecture;
  • Selecting the most appropriate technology stack;
  • Collaborating closely with business analysts, designers, software developers, system administrators, database administrators, and DevOps engineers;
  • Organizing and facilitating technical meetings;
  • Analyzing the technical and operational efficiency of existing solutions and providing analytical reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architect Role
  • Experience with highly loaded and highly available distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of the microservices architecture and related patterns (Saga, Circuit breaker)
  • Ability to design as well as evaluate architecture and document it using C4 or UML family of standards
  • Experience of working with requirements, including non-functional ones
  • Expertise and experience with productivity, security improvements in the system
  • At least 10 years of experience with .Net
  • Confident knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ADO NET, Asynchronous programming, Web API
  • Experience with project development processes organization (CI/CD, code review, static code analysis, automated testing)
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage
  • Experience with RDBMS incluging PostgreSQL with Redis, ElasticSearch and MongoDb being an advantage
  • Experience with message streaming/message brokers such as Kafka
