About The Role

As a Sales Account Executive for Infor's Installed Base, you will manage long-term relationships with existing customers and drive sustainable, repeatable revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities, guide customers through Infor’s solutions, and ensure continued value delivery.

You will play a central role in orchestrating account strategies, leveraging cross-functional resources, and achieving ambitious sales targets while building strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders.

A day in the Life typically includes

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Infor customers across your territory
  • Serve as the main point of contact, coordinating internal teams to address customer needs
  • Build strategic account plans and conduct regular check-ins with priority clients
  • Identify new sales opportunities (white space) and lead value-driven conversations
  • Conduct in-person and remote meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (CIO, CFO, Operations, etc.)
  • Maintain CRM (SFDC) and forecasting tools (Clari) with accurate, up-to-date insights
  • Use MEDDPICC methodology to qualify and advance sales opportunities

Basic qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales or B2B account management
  • Proficiency in Value Selling, C-Level engagement, and opportunity management
  • Strong CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred) and forecast discipline using Clari
  • Advanced presentation skills and strong command of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to build and execute structured territory and account plans
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across IT and business functions

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC qualification framework
  • Experience in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance sectors
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, or Le Chat
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus
