We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Solution Architect to shape and improve our global IT landscape. In this role, you will design scalable and integrated solutions across key platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP.

You will work closely with business and IT teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs and support our digital transformation.

Key Responsabilities

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• Define and evolve the architecture roadmap for our enterprise applications ecosystem.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and governance principles.
• Drive technology decisions that support scalability, innovation, and long-term business growth.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our overall IT landscape.

Solution Design & Integration

• Design end-to-end solutions across CRM, ERP, Finance, HR, and other core business functions.
• Lead architecture initiatives involving Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and related platforms.
• Define integration strategies, APIs, data flows, and middleware solutions.
• Ensure seamless interaction between enterprise systems while maintaining high quality and performance.

Digital Transformation

• Act as architecture lead for major global transformation programs.
• Support ERP and CRM implementations, system enhancements, and M&A integrations.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, including cloud services, AI, and automation solutions.
• Help drive modernization and standardization across the enterprise application landscape.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable and scalable technical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for architecture-related decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a comparable senior IT role.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following platforms:
• SAP S/4HANA
• Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proven experience designing and integrating enterprise applications in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of APIs, middleware technologies, cloud platforms, and integration architecture.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes such as Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level).

Advantageous

• TOGAF or similar architecture certification.
• Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, or Cloud certifications.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of modern cloud architectures, data platforms, AI, and automation technologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or M&A integrations.
• Background working within multinational or matrix organizations. ​
