Applications Systems & IT Consultant - IPS

The Applications Systems & IT Consultant is a senior technical role responsible for the full lifecycle design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of database and web-based applications used by CTAS and Tennessee county governments statewide. This position serves as the primary developer, systems administrator, and IT infrastructure lead for the organization, managing critical platforms including the Highway Resource Management System (HRMS), the CTAS Data Application Suite, and the organization's server and network environment.
