About The Role
Euromonitor International is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Service Desk Analyst to join the Global Service Desk team in Bangalore.
In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to internal colleagues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining high standards of communication, documentation, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Own and resolve IT incidents and service requests end-to-end via our ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Handle user account tasks — password resets, access permissions, onboarding/offboarding
- Keep colleagues updated throughout and document resolutions clearly
- Flag recurring issues and contribute to the team knowledge base
- Collaborate with global Service Desk teams to maintain consistent support standa
- Basic troubleshooting across Windows; macOS/Linux familiarity is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory basics
- Clear communicator who can simplify technical language for non-technical users
- Organised, empathetic, and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
- Eager to learn and willing to occasionally support outside standard hours
Experience
- 0–2 years in IT support, or a fresh graduate with relevant technical knowledge
- Any diploma or degree welcome
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
