About The Role

Euromonitor International is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Service Desk Analyst to join the Global Service Desk team in Bangalore.

In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to internal colleagues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining high standards of communication, documentation, and customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Own and resolve IT incidents and service requests end-to-end via our ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Handle user account tasks — password resets, access permissions, onboarding/offboarding
  • Keep colleagues updated throughout and document resolutions clearly
  • Flag recurring issues and contribute to the team knowledge base
  • Collaborate with global Service Desk teams to maintain consistent support standa
  • Basic troubleshooting across Windows; macOS/Linux familiarity is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory basics
  • Clear communicator who can simplify technical language for non-technical users
  • Organised, empathetic, and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
  • Eager to learn and willing to occasionally support outside standard hours

Experience

  • 0–2 years in IT support, or a fresh graduate with relevant technical knowledge
  • Any diploma or degree welcome
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
