In this role, a typical day will include

• ● Designing and developing instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements
• ● Collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders to identify training needs
• ● Developing courseware using the latest in eLearning design and technology
• ● Managing courseware offerings in our LMS including updates to content and training delivery schedules

Well-qualified candidates must have

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; AND

2 or more years of related experience

An ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Demonstrated experience designing instructional methods and creating training materials utilizing eLearning applications (Camtasia, Articulate Suite)Demonstrated experience managing an LMS

Louisiana residency living within a commutable distance (approximately 60-miles or less) of the Bossier City facility

The likely salary range for this position is $57,824 - $71,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
