-Key Responsibilities

• >Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficiency and client/candidate satisfaction;
• >Provide strategic hiring advice to global clients;
• >Build lasting client relationships by understanding their business and talent needs;
• >Identify new business opportunities and offer tailored talent solutions;
• >Monitor market trends to deliver informed, strategic guidance.

-Who You Are

• >1–3 years of experience in headhunting, HR recruiting, or B2B sales (internship experience also considered);
• >Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Korean or Mandarin;
• >Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;
• >A strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset;
• >A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment;
• >MBA preferred but not required.
