About The Role
[Job Summary]
To build the organization Human Resource foundation for sustainability. This position is responsible for the overall management and administration of all areas of Human Resources, including payroll, training and development.
[Job Description]
Main Responsibilities
- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources
- Overall Administration all aspects of employee relations
- Reporting - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI reporting to all levels of the organization.
- Make and review all CPs related to HR Team
- Oversight of Payroll Processing and system implementations, Benefit Administration, Training ...etc
- Support management on policy administration
Skills Required
- Deep understanding on local labor law
- Good communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written
- Leadership skills
- Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Project Management Tools
- Familiar with HR software/ systems as well as MS office
- Understanding on working with HRMS and Payroll systems, UKG Preferred
