And we’re looking for a CRM & Administrative Operations Associate (GoHighLevel Specialist) to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to
CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
- Own and optimize the entire GoHighLevel setup
- Build and maintain automations, pipelines, forms, and workflows
- Diagnose and resolve CRM issues quickly
- Integrate GHL with calendars, funnels, email systems, and tracking tools
- Maintain accurate data hygiene and reporting
- Ensure a smooth, automated lead journey from first contact → sales → post-sale support
Admin, Lead Handling & Client Experience
- Respond to incoming emails, DMs, and inquiries in real time
- Sort and prioritize leads (cold, warm, hot) and route qualified leads to the sales team
- Book calls directly on the sales team’s calendar
- Follow up consistently so no lead sits unanswered
- Update CRM with every interaction and keep statuses clean
- Provide calm, professional support to clients and direct them to the right internal teammate
- Help improve overall response speed and maintain a high-quality client experience
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related experience in CRM operations, administrative support, or client management
- Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automation, and troubleshooting
- Skilled in lead handling, client communication, and administrative support
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and ensure smooth operations without supervision
Technical Requirements
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

- Location: This is a remote job
- Salary Package: ₱30,000 – ₱32,500
