About The Role

Master the various facilities of hotel and business hours of all divisions.

Timely and accurately guide the guests into the hotel. And help to solve guests’ complaints.

Gather guests’ suggestions and report to superiors.

Front desk Check in/out assistance.

Timely processing of items left by guests in the hotel, take the initiative to contact to help guests find them back.

Assist superiors for the VIP shuttle work and help during the VIP transaction.

Responsible for the operation in the lobby: staff grooming, work discipline, quality of service, as well as public area’s cleanness, orderly, and equipments in good condition.

Pay attention to VIP and special requirements of booking, timely update of relevant information, to ensure that VIP and special guests book and stay in good working order, in the lobby to receive or welcome guests

 

  1. Good English speaking.
  2. Interested in the hospitality industry, with hotel work experience is preferred. 
  3. With a sense of service and adaptability
  4. Obtained a bachelor degree from 2 years or above, (for work visa purpose)
