• Food manufacturing or production experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems
• Willing to learn USDA regulations, HACCP, food safety, and quality control

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production
• Ensure quality, food safety, and accurate order completion
• Complete production records and temperature logs
• Help maintain USDA compliance

Pay

• 1099 during training
• Starts at $15/hour
• Performance-based raises
• Immediate training available
