Financial Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• ● Support the controllership function – statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness
• ● Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and regulatory filings
• ● Work closely with auditors on statutory, internal, and tax audits
• ● Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and ensure process compliance
• ● Gain exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate finance activities

Requirements

• ● Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final)
• ● Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• ● Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ● Personal Traits: Independent, solution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
