Project Details (Detailed Overview)

Transmission Line Project – 250 km, 765 kV (3 EPC Packages)

  • 765kV Double Circuit (D/C) Transmission Line extending 250 km.
  • Alignment from Kutch 765 / 400 kV Z2-MPSS to 765 / 400 kV Load Pooling Substation (LPSS).
  • Involves coordination with 3 EPC agencies executing separate TL sections.

Planning scope includes

  • Preparing detailed project schedules (L1/L2/L3)
  • Monitoring EPC progress, foundation casting, erection, stringing sequences
  • Tracking ROW clearances, foundation readiness & material movement
  • Weekly/monthly MIS reporting to client & management
  • Ensuring compliance with overall 765 kV TL project timelines
  • Role requires strong coordination across construction, engineering & EPC teams.

Substation Project – SPS#1 (3 × 400kV Sub-Pooling Stations)

  • Development of three 400 kV Sub-Pooling Substations (Z2-SPSS).
  • Each substation has 1.2 GW RTC generation pooling capacity.
  • Located across the Kutch renewable energy zone.

Planning responsibilities include

  • Preparing construction schedules for civil, structural & electrical works
  • Interface planning for GIS/AIS, transformer installation, and cable systems
  • Monitoring progress of control building, gantries, foundations & equipment erection
  • Resource planning, material shortfall alerts & risk assessment
  • Reporting progress to PMC leadership & coordinating with EPC contractors
  • Requires strong understanding of 400 kV substation execution workflows.
