Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written English and content writing skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
• Strong understanding of social media engagement and audience growth strategies.
• Ability to create recruiting, employer branding, and community-focused content.
• Experience developing newsletters, success stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly reports.
• Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to maintain brand consistency across all content.
