How you will make an impact

Talent Strategy & Executive Partnership

Partner with senior DEPA leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with long-term workforce plans. Translate market intelligence and hiring data into actionable recommendations, anticipate talent needs before they emerge, and challenge assumptions with data-backed perspectives.

Recruiting Excellence & Process Leadership

Lead end-to-end hiring for critical DEPA roles while continuously improving interview frameworks, assessment methodologies, and hiring processes. Drive calibration, elevate hiring rigor through structured interviewing, and leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping

Maintain deep expertise across technical talent markets — tracking competitive landscapes, compensation trends, and emerging skill sets. Conduct talent mapping, execute sophisticated multi-channel sourcing strategies, and regularly brief leaders on market conditions to inform workforce planning.

Inclusive Hiring & Talent Attraction

Embed equitable, structured hiring practices throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Partner with talent communities and strategic sourcing channels to expand access to underrepresented talent and champion a consistent, values-driven candidate experience.

Talent Brand & Candidate Experience

Serve as a compelling ambassador for Match Group — articulating our mission, culture, and value proposition authentically. Build high-touch candidate relationships and partner cross-functionally to strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Offer Strategy & Stakeholder Management

Guide leaders through complex hiring decisions balancing candidate experience, market realities, and internal equity. Develop competitive offer strategies and build strong partnerships across TA, People, Compensation, and business leadership to drive alignment and achieve hiring goals.

What We’re Looking For

-

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting DEPA organizations in high-growth environments, ideally within consumer technology, marketplace, or mobile-first companies

Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation, including experience shaping hiring strategy across multiple technical functions and seniority levels

Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement capabilities

Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and process optimization

Experience leveraging recruiting analytics to drive continuous improvement

Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, AI-enabled tools, and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday
