- As an Electrical Engineer Senior, you’ll lead the design and optimization of electrical systems that power
- essential infrastructure—pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities. You’ll apply your technical
- expertise to integrate advanced technologies like automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage,
- driving efficiency and innovation across operations. A key part of your role is ensuring safety through the
- implementation of arc flash mitigation, fault detection systems, and rigorous compliance with regulatory and
- environmental standards. You’ll also manage complex projects from concept to completion, aligning
- engineering solutions with business goals and timelines. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and
- problem-solving skills will directly contribute to operational reliability, safety, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities/Expectations
- Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution
networks supporting critical infrastructure such as pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities
- Champions the integration of advanced technologies including automation, real-time monitoring, and
energy storage to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs
- Implements robust safety measures such as arc flash mitigation and fault detection systems to protect
personnel and ensure infrastructure reliability
- Provides technical expertise in power distribution, electrical schematics, and system layouts for both
new construction and upgrades to existing facilities
- Manages complex engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with business
goals timelines and budget constraints
- Ensures compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and regulatory standards across electrical
systems and project execution
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet internal and
external customer needs
- Mentors and supports the development of junior engineers fostering technical growth knowledge
sharing and a culture of continuous improvement
- Understanding of power system design, analysis, and simulation (e.g., ETAP, MATLAB, PSCAD,
Simulink or similar tools)
- Knowledge of high-voltage equipment, transformers, generators, and switchgear
- Understanding of grid integration and renewable energy systems
- Experience in managing procurement processes for electrical equipment and materials, with
established industry contacts for sourcing reliable vendors and suppliers
- Preferred: Experience in overseeing the (FAT) commissioning, testing, and startup of electrical
equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with design specifications
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Years of Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or
- university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited college or
- university in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (Highly Preferred) and eight
- (8) years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry.

- Preferred: Master’s degree in electrical engineering
