Corrosion Engineer - KSA

Job Summary

The Corrosion Engineer will be responsible for conducting corrosion risk assessments and recommending effective corrosion prevention solutions , including material selection, protective coatings, and cathodic protection systems to ensure the integrity and reliability of assets in the Oil & Gas / Refinery industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct corrosion risk assessments for pipelines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Evaluate corrosion issues and recommend appropriate materials, coatings, and cathodic protection systems .
• Develop and implement corrosion monitoring and prevention programs .
• Analyze inspection and monitoring data to identify corrosion threats and mitigation strategies .
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and corrosion management procedures .
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations related to corrosion control.
• Work closely with inspection, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure asset integrity.
