What you will do

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SMB and Mid-Market restaurant accounts, serving as their primary commercial partner to maximize their adoption of the Deliverect platform .

Drive regional revenue growth by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, successfully introducing new product features, add-ons, and modules to your account base .

Conduct regular business reviews with key merchants to analyze current state performance versus future growth potential, ensuring high customer satisfaction and platform ROI .

Actively identify accounts at risk of churn, developing proactive retention strategies and handling objections with resilience to secure long-term contract renewals .

Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience and Implementation teams to ensure smooth post-onboarding transitions and quick resolution of ongoing technical or operational hurdles .

Maintain data-driven precision within our CRM platform (HubSpot) to ensure clear communication, accurate pipeline forecasting, and effective account management .

Continuously review and refine account management workflows, sharing insights with the broader team to optimize customer experiences and streamline operational efficiency .

What you will Bring

-

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or solutions consulting, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding expansion and retention targets .

Demonstrable experience managing and nurturing relationships with mid-market preferably within the restaurant, food tech, or POS systems landscape .

Strong commercial acumen with a solutions-driven mindset, highly comfortable driving consultative up-sell discussions and negotiating contract renewals .

Technical proficiency and inclination to easily learn the world of restaurant digital ordering, APIs, and system integrations to effectively articulate product value .

-

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and the ability to engage clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .

Experience working with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems to manage account pipelines effectively .

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential .
