Focus IT are pleased to assist this leading IT support company who are recognised for their high service levels and products they offer.

The Role

Due to industry growth, we now have a requirement for a self-driven 1st Line Network Engineer to come in and build on their expertise in the Industry and complement the existing team

You will work alongside the highly skilled Network Engineers and grow your skills on a day to day basis!

Key responsibilities

Installing, Supporting and Maintaining End-User Hardware and Software.
User and Computer account management.
Provide support to the existing user base
Split time on and off-site support
Managing Communication platforms
Resolving faults from system errors and crashes to forgotten passwords.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 yr.+ experience in a 1st line Network Engineer.
