About The Role
Apex is hiring for a CSR/Customer Service Representative in San Antonio, TX! Candidate must be able to work full time 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week! The customer service representative takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers
Required Qualifications: Ability to deal with a diverse customer base in a friendly and confident manner (internal and external customers); Excellent communication skills (oral, written, grammar, listening); PC Windows experience required; MUST HAVE MEDICAL/HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND
