About The Role

The writer might be writing a video script, a blog post, ads and brochures all in the same day.

The Copywriter is a creative problem solver who leverages innovative approaches to make the complex simple; discovers ways to push ground breaking thoughts through new technology; synthesizes and disseminates targeted information; ensures brand/culture is communicated using a concise inspiring style; and serves as a self-motivated, but fully integrated, team member in the planning and execution of client's overall engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Writes engaging copy for multi-channel campaigns – email, ads, mobile, web, video, social media and print – that has a distinct personality, tone and corporate objectives/standards.
  • Is able to utilize insightful and creative wordsmithing to build client’s brand
  • Identifies major target audience needs, and develops and deploys relevant content that positions client as a transformational industry thought leader.
  • Collaborates with teams to create concepts that can be extended into company and product branding strategies.
  • Assists in fostering strategic partnerships between enterprise units to ensure cohesive look and messaging throughout corporation.
  • Helps reinforce our company's identity and branding across all stakeholder touch points.
  • Create Multi-Channel Marketing/Communication Tools
  • Identifies internal/external stakeholder needs and develops and deploys relevant content.
  • Researches and writes dynamic copy that has crossover appeal for major stakeholders.
  • Produces digital-first, platform-free content that can be redeployed enterprise wide.
  • Supports broad digital and social initiatives (development of new websites, understanding new digital marketing technologies)
  • Reviews and reports on digital and social analytics, including web traffic, web leads and social media engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Graphic Communications or Digital Marketing
  • 2-4 years’ experience - Exceptional writing and collaborative skills
  • Multi-channel communication including print, digital and social
  • Knowledge of AP style, including headline and caption writing Skill Required
  • Portfolio attached or link to online portfolio included in resume Required
