Marketing Coordinator (Salesforce, CRM, Marketing Ops, Lead Generation – Remote, CST Hours)

About the Role

  • We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations, CRM management, and campaign execution .
  • This is a process-driven, execution-heavy role where you’ll manage data integrity, build prospect lists, and ensure marketing systems run clean and efficiently.
  • You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing , helping create better visibility, stronger systems, and smoother campaign execution .

Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy in Salesforce
  • Manage database structure and ensure proper segmentation readiness
  • Audit and clean marketing data regularly

Lead Generation & List Building

  • Build and audit prospect lists using:
  • ZoomInfo
  • Similar prospecting tools
  • Ensure lists are accurate, targeted, and ready for campaigns

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Execute compliant mass email campaigns
  • Support campaign infrastructure and tracking
  • Assist with email drafts, publishing, and templates (Canva)

SEO & Website Support

  • Conduct basic website audits
  • Support SEO-driven updates and content improvements

Reporting & Tracking

  • Build campaign tracking frameworks
  • Maintain visibility into:
  • Campaign performance
  • Lead data
  • Marketing metrics

Process Documentation & Optimization

  • Document marketing workflows and SOPs
  • Standardize processes for consistency and scalability
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Competitive & Market Tracking

  • Maintain competitor tracking databases
  • Support marketing insights and research

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Salesforce (data management, segmentation, reporting)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools:
  • Pardot / Account Engagement / HubSpot (or similar)
  • Experience using:
  • ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Ability to follow and document structured workflows
  • Comfortable working remote during CST hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization
  • Experience with CMS platforms
  • Experience drafting marketing emails or content support
  • Familiarity with Canva or light design tools
