About the Role
- We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms .
- This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — from campaign setup to optimization and scaling — with a clear focus on driving leads, sales, and ROI .
- If you’re both analytical and creative , and know how to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates , this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms
- Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness
- Create and test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging
- Collaborate with content and creative teams for consistent campaign execution
Optimization & Growth
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to improve ROI and efficiency
- Stay updated on platform changes and best practices
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate
- Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms for performance analysis
- Build reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Use data to refine overall paid media strategy
Collaboration & Strategy Alignment
- Work with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Contribute to integrated strategies across paid, organic, and content marketing
- Provide data-backed feedback on creatives and messaging
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Experience with funnel marketing and audience segmentation
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications
- Experience managing multiple accounts or ad portfolios
