Real Estate Closing Coordinator – Remote | PST Hours

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40 Hours/Week)

Location: Remote | Must Be Available During PST Business Hours

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to support high-volume real estate transactions and help agents operate more efficiently throughout the closing process.

What You’ll Own

Transaction & Closing Coordination

  • Support agents throughout the full closing process
  • Assist with:
  • offer drafting
  • purchase agreements
  • addendums
  • transaction documentation
  • Coordinate inspections and follow-ups
  • Ensure all transaction timelines and documentation remain organized and accurate

Agent Support & Operational Execution

  • Respond quickly to internal agent requests and operational needs
  • Help agents maximize transaction efficiency and closing volume
  • Maintain strong responsiveness throughout PST business hours
  • Support operational workflows during high transaction periods

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate professionally and efficiently through:
  • email
  • text
  • Slack
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and transaction stakeholders
  • Ensure all parties remain aligned throughout the transaction lifecycle

CRM & Systems Management

  • Maintain accurate records across:
  • CRM systems
  • DocuSign Rooms
  • internal communication platforms
  • Keep transaction files organized, updated, and accessible
  • Support clean operational documentation and workflow tracking

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work:
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
  • Availability after business hours when deal volume requires additional support
  • Reliable remote work setup and stable internet connection
