Sales Account Executive (B2B Sales, Full-Cycle, CRM – EST Hours)

About the Role

  • We’re hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and close high-quality deals .
  • This is a results-driven role where you’ll own everything from prospecting to closing , while building strong client relationships and consistently hitting revenue targets.
  • If you’re confident in B2B sales, pipeline management, and closing deals , this role gives you the opportunity to directly impact growth.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and other channels

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Track and report sales performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Provide market feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings

Team Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client success
  • Support and mentor junior sales team members when needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle and active pipeline
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Stable work history with demonstrated growth
  • Comfortable working EST hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience in service-based or B2B industries
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales reps
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Tools & Tech

  • CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Sales outreach tools (email, calling platforms)
