  • We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our B2B growth engine.

You will

  • Drive pipeline, leads, and revenue
  • Own paid + organic + outbound channels

  1. B2B Growth & Demand Generation (Core Focus)
  • Build and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies
  • Drive MQL β†’ SQL β†’ pipeline growth
  • Own both:
  • Inbound (content, SEO, organic)
  • Outbound (email, LinkedIn, campaigns)
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
  • Build scalable growth systems , not one-off campaigns
  1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Manage campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Optimize for:
  • CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates
  • Run structured testing across:
  • Audiences
  • Creatives
  • Messaging
  • Landing pages
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  1. Content, SEO & Organic Growth
  • Support SEO strategy + keyword targeting
  • Improve organic traffic and inbound demand
  • Align messaging across:
  • Paid
  • Organic
  • Outbound
  • Optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion
  1. CRM, Email & Marketing Operations
  • Own marketing workflows in:
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Build:
  • Nurture sequences
  • Lead scoring systems

  • Attribution
  • Reporting visibility
  • Campaign analytics
  1. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align closely with sales on pipeline and revenue targets

  • 5+ years in B2B digital marketing / growth marketing
