- This is not a campaign setup role .
- You will own performance end-to-end — from creative direction to scaling campaigns — across multiple accounts.

What You’ll Own
Campaign Ownership & Scaling
- Build, launch, and scale campaigns using:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Own Facebook & Instagram ads from idea → execution → scale
- Manage and optimize key metrics:
- CPL
- CPA
- ROAS
- Handle budgets ranging from $10K to $250K+ per month
Creative Strategy (This Is Critical)
- Develop high-converting ad angles and concepts
- Write ad copy that actually converts
- Lead creative production:
- Static ads
- UGC videos
- Video scripts
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT for ideation and speed
- Brief designers and video editors with clear direction
Testing & Optimization
- Continuously test:
- Audiences
- Creatives
- Offers
- Identify winning combinations and scale fast
- Analyze performance daily and optimize aggressively
Performance Analysis
- Deep-dive into campaign data
- Translate metrics into actionable decisions
- Improve performance consistently across accounts
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Align campaigns with revenue goals
- Work with internal teams on funnel performance
- Own outcomes — not just execution
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent improvement in CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Fast campaign launches and scaling
- New winning creatives tested regularly
- Measurable revenue growth across accounts
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years running Facebook/Instagram ads at a high level
- Proven experience managing $10K+/month ad spend
- Experience managing multiple accounts (5+) simultaneously
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Facebook Business Suite
- Pixel tracking & conversion optimization
- Ability to analyze data deeply and make decisions fast
- Strong copywriting skills (ads that convert, not just sound good)
What Separates Top Candidates
- Experience managing $100K–$250K+ monthly budgets
- Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy
- Hands-on experience with:
- UGC workflows
- Video ad production
- Use of AI tools for creative and optimization
