About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to support and optimize wireless and network infrastructure in a fast-moving technical environment.

This role is focused on

  • Enterprise wireless networking
  • Routing & switching
  • ISP/WISP-style infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting & performance optimization
  • You’ll work on real-world deployments, network reliability, and infrastructure improvement — not just basic helpdesk tickets.

What You’ll Own

Wireless Networking (Core Focus)

  • Support and deploy enterprise wireless solutions:
  • Aruba (preferred)
  • Cisco
  • Ubiquiti
  • Similar platforms
  • Configure and troubleshoot:
  • Access points
  • Wireless controllers
  • Cloud-managed systems
  • Optimize:
  • Coverage
  • Performance
  • Reliability
  • Support wireless troubleshooting and RF-related issues

Network Infrastructure & Routing

  • Configure and troubleshoot:
  • Routing
  • Switching
  • VLANs
  • Segmentation
  • Work with:
  • TCP/IP
  • OSPF
  • BGP
  • Support network stability and uptime across environments

ISP / WISP Infrastructure (Strong Plus)

  • Work within ISP/WISP-style environments
  • Support:
  • Point-to-Point (PTP) links
  • Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) wireless systems
  • Assist with:
  • Network monitoring
  • Uptime management
  • Connectivity troubleshooting

CLI Configuration & Troubleshooting

  • Work with CLI-based configurations across network devices
  • Diagnose:
  • Connectivity issues
  • Packet loss
  • Performance bottlenecks
  • Outages
  • Use monitoring and packet analysis tools to identify root causes

  • Similar networking platforms

Nice to Have

  • Aruba wireless experience
  • ISP / WISP environment exposure
  • RF planning or wireless optimization experience
