Driver Operations Associate

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly metrics performance
• Create and execute driver activation initiatives to increase active drivers, including communications, campaign, incentives, bonuses.
• Work closely with Demand teams to ensure order fulfillment, projects & maintain supply reliability.
• Monitor active driver performance and provide insight & recommendation to improve supply.
• Lead a small team to achieve metrics targets and deliver excellent execution.
• Initiate driver engagement initiatives such as: (targeted communication, incentives, or campaigns) to improve order response rate / fulfillment

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply management, ride-hailing or related industries
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Slides.
