We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior accountant who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is excited to build a strong foundation in accounting while supporting day-to-day finance operations.

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records in personnel files and the applicant tracking system.
  • Oversee office facilities and day-to-day workplace operations, including equipment, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll records; prior payroll experience is preferred.
  • Support employee requests, benefits administration, and general People Operations inquiries.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with projects and other administrative duties assigned by the People Operations Manager.

What we seek

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Approximately 1-2 years of recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
