About The Role

  • The International Recruiter owns full-cycle recruitment for the Group’s Panama operations and its
  • international hiring needs. The role sources, screens, and assesses candidates across multiple
  • countries — with particular emphasis on Europe and the United States — manages the hiring
  • pipeline end-to-end, and partners with hiring managers across the Group’s entities to fill roles quickly
  • and with quality. The position is based in Panama and operates across multiple time zones.
  • International recruiting experience: 2–3 years of experience recruiting for roles in more than
  • one country (mandatory).
  • English: Fluent English, written and spoken, at a professional level (mandatory).
  • Full-cycle recruiting: Proven track record managing the process end-to-end, from sourcing to
  • offer.
  • Sourcing tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards and sourcing
  • channels.
  • ATS / database: Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining a candidate
  • database.
  • Assessment skills: Strong CV-screening and interviewing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and
  • time zones.
  • Spanish: Fluent Spanish (for the Panama market and local hiring).
  • Work authorization: Based in and legally authorized to work in Panama.
  • “hunter” mindset and persistence in reaching passive candidates.
  • Able to manage multiple open roles and pipelines simultaneously without
  • losing quality.
  • Comfortable engaging candidates and managers in
  • different countries.
  • comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
