About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage and resolve client issues and escalations promptly and effectively
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders
- Data Collection & Analysis
- Prepare and present performance reports and shipping data to clients
- Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to service standards
- Analyse trends and identify improvement opportunities
- New Business & Product Development
- Support the identification and development of new business opportunities
- Propose enhancements or new solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with the Account Management Manager on strategic initiatives
Key Requirements
- 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- -
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities with the ability tomultitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Diploma in any field (Degree preferred)

- Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability

- Relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels

- Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment

- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
