About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage and resolve client issues and escalations promptly and effectively
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders
  1. Data Collection & Analysis
  • Prepare and present performance reports and shipping data to clients
  • Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to service standards
  • Analyse trends and identify improvement opportunities
  1. New Business & Product Development
  • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities
  • Propose enhancements or new solutions based on client needs
  • Collaborate with the Account Management Manager on strategic initiatives

Key Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities with the ability tomultitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Diploma in any field (Degree preferred)

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability

  • Relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels

  • Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
