Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect (Telecom Solution ) with 15–20 years of experience in designing and delivering next-generation telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across RAN, Core, Transport, and Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) , coupled with strong customer engagement skills and modern cloud-native technology experience.

The role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, customer consulting, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to define scalable, AI-enabled telecom platforms and drive successful customer outcomes.

Job Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

Define end-to-end solution architecture for telecom assurance, observability, OSS/BSS, and network automation platforms.
Design scalable and resilient architectures across RAN, Core, Transport, and NTN (Satellite) domains.
Produce High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), solution blueprints, and architecture documentation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements aligned with business objectives.
Ensure architecture complies with security, scalability, performance, and cloud-native best practices.

Translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures.
Present architecture recommendations to customer technical and executive stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships with customers and partners.

Engineering Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap based on customer requirements.
Work closely with engineering teams throughout design, implementation, and deployment phases.
Provide technical guidance and architectural governance during development.
Review designs and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Telecom certifications (3GPP, O-RAN, Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson, Kubernetes, or Cloud certifications) are a plus.
Experience working with telecom operators, network equipment vendors (NEPs), or OSS/BSS product companies.
Exposure to public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud deployments.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned telecom architect who combines deep domain expertise with modern software engineering and AI capabilities. They should be comfortable engaging with customers, defining strategic solution architectures, leading Proof of Concepts, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving innovation across RAN, Core, Transport, and NTN domains. They will play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation telecom platforms that are cloud-native, AI-driven, scalable, and aligned with customer and business objectives.
