Network Operations SRE

As a Connectivity SRE, you'll play a key role in maintaining the reliability, stability and security of the M&S enterprise network across data centres, cloud platforms, stores and distribution centres. Working within the Connectivity Platform team, you'll help ensure our network services support millions of customers and thousands of colleagues every day.

You'll combine network engineering expertise with operational leadership to drive service performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence. Working with internal teams and strategic partners, you'll help deliver resilient, efficient and secure connectivity that enables the wider M&S transformation journey.

The role requires a blend of engineering, operational and analytical capability to identify issues, assess root causes and implement appropriate actions that improve service performance. This includes delivering short-term remediation alongside longer-term objectives and builds that support continuous improvement. th
