Crew Member / Landscaping

• Position Summary
• Responsible for performing labor tasks as assigned by the Foreman / Crew Leader.
• Assist the driver with pre-trip inspection, safe truck loading, unloading, backing, and parking.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Be ready and available to work, in uniform at the job site or the office as required.
• Agreeably implement tasks as assigned by the Foreman / Crew Leader.
• Ensure safe, legal, and proper loading, unloading, and driving of trucks.
• Maintain a positive work attitude throughout the workday.
• Complete all assigned tasks and daily work orders as directed.
• Cooperate with other crew members for safe and cost-effective completion of assignments.
• Ensure work meets or exceeds company standards and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Use tools and equipment as trained and per manufacturer instructions.
• Ask questions if unsure about tasks or how to use equipment/tools.
